Service Description

"Secrets Make Us Sick", so no secrets here. I ask questions, lots of them; to get to the core of any damaging eating habits. We discuss numbers which are very important and start tailoring your specific wellness plan.

Cancellation Policy

Any of the 6-week sessions cannot be rescheduled since it is a class where others will be impacted. Refunds will not be given; however, you will be provided a credit to apply during future sessions.
