Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing MM Health By Design. We are committed to supporting your health journey with excellence, integrity, and compassion. Please review the following policies that help us serve you and all our clients effectively. Appointments & Rescheduling All services are by appointment only. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule your session one time at no charge. Additional reschedules may incur a small administrative fee. No-Show Policy Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. A new appointment must be scheduled, and a new session fee may apply. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved, all sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked. In cases of emergencies, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for credit toward a future service. Digital Products & Program Materials All eBooks, guides, workbooks, courses, and digital downloads are non-refundable due to the immediate access and intellectual property provided. If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us at info@mandamaxwell.com within 7 days of purchase. Late Arrival Policy If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended beyond the original time slot. Respect & Readiness Please come to your session with an open heart and readiness to engage. We honor your time, and we ask that you honor ours. We reserve the right to reschedule or refer clients who are not aligned with the values or scope of our services. Confidentiality All client information, assessments, and health details are kept strictly confidential and used only to support your wellness plan. We do not share your information with third parties without your written consent.
