This session will allow us to discuss your goals, review your food log to understand eating habits and choices, and set initial targets according to your lifestyle. Homework: Please complete the Initial Assessment Questionnaire and complete a 7 Day Food Journal at minimum.
Any of the 6-week sessions cannot be rescheduled since it is a class where others will be impacted. Refunds will not be given; however, you will be provided a credit to apply during future sessions.
