"Participating in the Health and Wellness Challenge has been an amazing journey. I am enjoying the trip. I am very pleased with my awesome results.
First, and foremost, I give honor and glory to God for allowing this information to come to me and allowing me
to be successful. Before now, I had tried repeatedly to lose weight, but always gained it back and more. It is not a diet, instead, it is a new and healthy way of life. I get plenty to eat, many choices to choose from, and can be creative in my food selection. My eyes have been opened to new varieties. I get plenty of healthy choices replacing the other fried, sweets and junk foods. I have gone from 300 lbs to 243 and still dropping at a consistent and healthy pace.
In addition to weight loss, more importantly, I have seen significant changes in my bloodwork. There is a difference in my blood sugar, blood pressure, and mobility. I no longer have to eat the protein bar to help raise my protein levels that I was given at each dialysis treatment because my protein level has increased with my diet intake.
Thank you to Coach Manda for educating me in this, you brought a wealth of knowledge to help me move forward in my health and wellness goals.

"This program has helped me to take my health wellness to another level. I have seen weight loss with minimal exercise and without extreme measures. I have been educated in the why and why nots to eating certain foods. I have become more knowledgeable about reading nutrition facts even when food seems to be nutritious. Through this program I have gained a lifestyle not a temporary diet. I have been educated and challenged to explore new foods. "I have been on this wellness journey ever since my daughter opened her store (Coach Manda). I am 73 years old. I am healthy, I don't have any health issues, I eat foods that keep my body alive and healthy and I do not take any prescription drugs. I only take a high-quality multivitamin and make healthy choices in food options that provide all of the good nutrients I need. I have learned how to eat and enjoy food without overindulging and letting the wrong foods hurt my body. I feel great and it has been a blessing learning more and more as I age. I still work a full-time job. I walk every day and exercise. I understand I don't have to be sick and immobile; I can be vibrant and active. The weight loss challenge has been great to me. I lost 10 pounds the first time then 6 pounds the next. I taught myself discipline and stamina. I showed myself I can go without meat or I can go without bread . Yes I can!! The slogan former president Obama has used in the past.
And the word says that " I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me"! My mind was even clearer. So it's a must that I get back on this path.

"I have learned that God wants us well and to have healthy bodies. And one of the greatest calls we have is our calling to be "Saints". I knew there were going to be challenges but I had to stay focused to move forward to a healthy lifestyle.
My result from following a healthy lifestyle, caused my hemoglobin and blood pressure to be normal. I also lost 3 inches from my waist. The doctor was so amazed at my progress that her reply was, "what are you doing?" I told her I following a new healthy lifestyle and following the guidelines of my coach. And eating in moderation, walking 3 times a week. My purpose was to change my eating habits, it was a tremendous change. The scripture Philippians 4;13 was embedded in me that kept me motivated. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. I also lost over 30 lbs."
